Article 5 reservation of title

De Meo-Delassus Jean-Baptiste (Unite) retains full ownership of the products sold until the price is fully collected, including fees and taxes.

ARTICLE 6 RETRACTATION

The buyer has 30 working days from the delivery of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty (with the exception of the return costs for the united kingdom, the Dom-Tom and a country other than those of the European union).

The product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, not worn, not washed, with, if possible, the delivery documents.

ARTICLE 7 DELIVERY

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by « la poste » via Colissimo, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. Delivery times are given for guidance only if they exceed 30 days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated, and the buyer reimbursed.

De Meo-Delassus Jean-Baptiste (Unite) will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by email. The buyer is delivered to his home by the postman or a carrier. If the client is absent at the time of delivery, a note will be left in his mailbox in order to withdraw his products in his post office or to plan another delivery date with the carrier. The risks associated with transport are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of De Meo-Delassus Jean-Baptiste (Unite). The buyer is obliged to check in the presence of the postal agent or the delivery agent, the state of the packaging of the goods and its contents at delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. De Meo-Delassus Jean-Baptiste (Unite) cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not due to his fact.

ARTICLE 8 WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

Unite has only an obligation of means for all stages of access to the site, from the order process to the shipment of the package or the subsequent services. The customer is therefore bound to respect intellectual property rights and will not be able to use the trademarks appearing on the site and on the products, when applicable, or to file a trademark that would be prejudicial to the owner’s rights, unless otherwise provided by contract.

The same applies to any other intellectual property right.

ARTILE 10 PERSONAL DATA

Total or partial undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the purchaser, which he would have to transmit for the use of certain services. ARTICLE 12 SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

The present conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes , the competent tribunal will be that of Paris.

Force majeure

In the event of a force majeure event, the party concerned shall inform the other party within fifteen working days of the occurrence of the event, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

In an express way, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous cases, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals : total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other actions of an industrial nature of commercial disputes, civil unrest, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemic, blocking of means of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal or regulatory changes to forms of marketing, computer failure, telecommunications blocking including wireline or microwave telecommunications networks, and any other case beyond the control of the parties preventing the normal performance relationship.

All obligations of the parties shall be suspended for the duration of the event of force majeure, without compensation.

If the event of force majeure continues for more than three months, the contract concerned may be terminated automatically without compensation for either party.

ARTICLE 13 UPDATING

These general conditions may be modified at any time and without notice by De Meo-Delassus Jean-Baptiste (unite) the applicable conditions being those in force on the date of the order by the customer.
